We know what it's like to buy online and then have hefty shipping added on checkout and so we ship for free :) Items are generally shipped within three days of receipt of payment. We ship to Ireland, Uk and Europe. Your product will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st class tracked. 

Return & Replacement Policy

Changed your Mind?:

No problem! The Distance Selling Regulations mean that you have a 'no fault' right to return goods provided you contact us within 7 working days of receiving Moe. This is provided the following terms are met:

  • All packaging must be intact & un-opened so that the item is in a re-saleable condition.  We reserved the right to test the packaging and product before accepting it back for refund.

  • You are able to provide a valid proof of purchase – this can be a copy of your receipt, your confirmation email or invoice.

  • Return postage costs are covered by the customer.

In the unlikely event that your Mindful Moe is not working/faulty?

Please firstly check that you have put 3 X AA batteries into Moe’s battery compartment – this can sometimes be overlooked. Mindful Moe comes with a 28 day return policy for full refund/replacement of faulty items.  Please note that sale items are non-refundable. Please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent so we are able to help. Do this by emailing asap.  You must be able to provide a valid proof of purchase. To be eligible for a refund/replacement, the product must be in the same condition as you received it and must be in its original packaging. We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for refund/replacement.

For products that are over 28 days from receipt, but less than six months (180 days), we will attempt repair on return, and if this is not possible we will offer a part-refund or replacement depending on how long the product has been in use.  Please note that damage resulting from any misuse, accident, failure to follow product instructions, immersion in water, modifications, environmental elements, or normal wear and tear are understandably not a reason to return your product.   A  claim must be made by the original owner only, who must produce proof of purchase to validate a claim.  Claims must be submitted via email and then your product must be returned via post for inspection (see details below). We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for repair or part-refund/replacement.

How to return your Mindful Moe package:

3.  For postage, the return weight/height including original packaging is 452g & L28cm X W16 X D16

The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless their product is faulty on arrival.
