We know what it's like to buy online and then have hefty shipping added on checkout and so we ship for free :)
Items are generally shipped within three days of receipt of payment. We ship to Ireland, Uk and Europe. Your product will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st class tracked.
Return & Replacement Policy
We hope you are pleased with your order, but if you are not:
The Distance Selling Regulations mean that you have a 'no fault' right to return goods provided you contact us within 7 working days of receiving Moe. This is provided the following terms are met:
All packaging must be intact & un-opened so that the item is in a re-saleable condition.
You are able to provide a valid proof of purchase – this can be a copy of your receipt, your confirmation email or the invoice/packing note inside your delivery parcel.
Return postage costs are covered by the customer.

In the unlikely event that you have received Mindful Moe and he is not working?
Please firstly check that you have put 3 X AA batteries into Moe’s battery compartment – this can sometimes be overlooked.
Mindful Moe comes with a 28 day return policy for full refund/replacement of faulty items. Shipping is to Ireland, UK and EU only. Please note that sale items are non-refundable.
Faulty Product Refund: We have a 28 day return policy for full refund for faulty items. Please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent so we are able to help. Do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org asap. You must be able to provide a valid proof of purchase – this can be a copy of your receipt, your confirmation email, bank statement or the invoice/packing note inside your delivery parcel. We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for refund.
Faulty Product Replacement: Your product is faulty and you want a replacement? We have a 28 day return policy for faulty items. Replacement can only be made if stock is available, therefore to ensure you receive a new product, it is best to re-order online asap. You can then contact us by emailing email@example.com regarding the return of the faulty product. We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back and issuing a refund.

2. Enclose your full contact details, phone number, address, order number and proof of purchase.
3. For postage, the return weight/height including original packaging is 452g & L28cm X W16 X D16
The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless their product is faulty.
