Mindful Moe teaches the formal practice of Mindfulness (Meditation) at the touch of a paw. Moe guides your child using 3 different audio meditations:

• a calming meditation to practise anytime day or night - particularly useful in times of high emotion ie: anger, anxiety, stress, worry etc.
• a meditation to aid sleep - inviting your child to notice sensations as they mentally scan parts of the body.
• a loving kindness meditation to instil compassion and kindness for oneself and others - imagine a world where everyone is kind!!!  

Mindful Moe is easy to operate and suitable for ages 3-103!  Yes children, teens and even adults love Moe's soothing calming voice and of course, his cuddles!   He can help children with additional needs, ADHD and children on the autism spectrum also.

He can be used individually and also in group settings such as pre-schools, primary schools, children's yoga & meditation classes etc.
